Tuesday Teaching!
Be a problem solver not a problem maker!
Being a problem solver will draw the right people to you for all of the right reasons. Being a problem maker will push the right people away and draw the wrong people to you for all of the wrong reasons.
There are many ways to tackle an issue, try to approach any issue you have or you are involved in from the problem solver frame of mind. Ask yourself if what you are contributing is productive? Are you coming from a place of being helpful? Are you complaining without offering possible solutions?
We all have the need to vent but endlessly venting or complaining with no movement forward is soul draining. Not only for you but for the people around you!
