Know Your Limits

Know when it is time to make the necessary changes to preserve your mental health and improve you life. This is probably the area I struggle with the most. I have a tendency to take on a lot and to take on things I shouldn’t. Part of knowing my limits is re-evaluating where I am professionally & personally, making some difficult decisions. I’m not where I want to be yet but I am making progress on getting there in the very near future.

Knowing your limits and making changes for your own well being will not only make you happier in the long run it will also be a game changer in your relationships and the way you approach life.
